In this message, we explored Jesus’ parable of the lost coin in Luke 15:8–10 and were reminded of the incredible value God places on every lost person. The woman in the story didn’t casually search for what was missing—she intentionally lit a lamp, swept the house, and searched carefully until she found it. In the same way, Jesus calls His Church to be intentional about reaching those who are far from Him. We were challenged to let our lives shine as the light of the world, removing anything that could become an obstacle to someone encountering Jesus. Our conversations, character, relationships, and choices should point people toward Him. The search is sacrificial, requiring us to step outside our comfort zones and risk rejection because every person is worth the pursuit. Just as Jesus came to seek and save the lost, we are sent to continue that mission. The lost are worth every sacrifice.
