In this message, we discover that prayer is far more than simply talking to God—it is returning to the environment we were created to live in. Looking at Genesis 3, we see that Adam and Eve were designed for regular, intimate communion with God, walking with Him in the garden as part of their everyday lives. Sin disrupted that relationship, causing humanity to hide from the very Presence it was made for. As a result, many of the struggles we face in prayer—avoidance, distraction, and resistance—are echoes of the Fall and our tendency to disconnect from God. Yet through Jesus, we are invited back into fellowship with our Creator. When we pray, we step back into the presence we were always created to enjoy.
